Required Columns for Excel Upload:
Item - Unique identifier for each product
Description - Product name and description
Cost - Cost per box/case
Weight (lb) - Weight per box/case (in lbs)
Volume (CBF) - Volume per box/case (in cubic feet)
Quantity On Hand - Current inventory quantity
Price - Current price (for comparison)
Optional Columns:
Competitive Pricing Factor - Competitive pricing adjustment (1.0 = no adjustment, 0.85 = 15% discount, 0.90 = 10% discount). Use when you need to match or beat competitor prices.
Rate Per Month - Monthly sales rate per case (defaults to 0 if not provided)
Expiration Discount - Set to 1 if product is expiring soon
Slow Sales Discount - Set to 1 if product is slow-moving
Days In Warehouse - Number of days product has been stored
